The recent flooding that has occurred has seen the calls for local plumbers in Herne Bay and surrounding areas to rocket, we have attended various properties that have suffered some flooding and provided pumps or heaters & dehumidifiers to help. Soak aways are just large holes in the ground and either crates or stone filled to soak up the rain water that comes down from the roof into the gutter then down into the soak away.
